Established in 2005 and with over 3000 projects completed for over 80 clients, CADRAFT UK are proud to have been involved in some of the most prestigious developments in London. From minimal CAD/BIM support to full drawing management for a projects entirety we have a wealth of experience working on developments of significant stature in the healthcare, education, culture, commercial, transport and leisure sectors. These include locations of extreme sensitivity and our surveyors have acquired  enhanced developed vetting (eDV)  to ensure the discretion and delicacy that some projects expect.

HEALTHCARE

The Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust
We have provided MEP drawings for multiple clients on several locations at the RFH since 2009 and have completed in excess of 20 separate projects for various wards, theatres, clinics, surgeries and emergency departments.


Nightingale Hospital London

CDUK are incredibly proud to have assisted with the production of electrical services containment drawings for an award winning electrical contractor during the Covid 19 pandemic.

St George's Hospital Tooting

Production of MEP coordinated services layouts for several plant areas, wards and operating theatres including Moorfields Eye Centre and the St James and Lanesborough wings

Institute of Cancer Research

CDUK have been involved in various projects for both the Chelsea and Sutton institutes of cancer research facilities providing coordinated BIM boiler room and replacement chiller models for installation and record drawing purposes.

We have provided multiple services drawings for many LSE educational and student accommodation sites over many years including Butlers Wharf, Holborn, The Peacock Theatre, Clements, Connaught, Lionel Robbins and Carr Saunders houses

Imperial College London

The production of MEP services As Installed drawings for a number of ICL sites including Queens Square House, Imperial West, Huxley and Bone building always ensuring that we adhere to the ICL`s strict construction industry CAD conventions.

In 2009 CDUK provided a complete set of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health As Installed drawings for the completed £18m museum refurbishment from our own detailed and  intrusive surveys.

Imperial War Museum

Wembley Stadium

Production of electrical services distribution schematics and cable routing layouts for a leading electrical BMI consultancy.

St Pancras International

CDUK provided CAD support for the production of working drawings on the grade 1 listed award winning redevelopment between 2006 and 2008

Olympic Park Stratford

In 2010 CDUK assisted a leading Mechanical contractor producing coordinated CADMEP services drawings for the London 2012 Olympics Athletes Village in Stratford.

Heathrow Terminal 5 

In 2007 CDUK worked extensively producing over 150 coordinated services electrical drawings for a temporary gantry providing early services to the new Heathrow Terminal 5

Royal Ascot Racecourse

Surveys and production of Public Health As Installed drawings for the new grandstand and exhibition centre for the prime mechanical services contractors final O&M manuals.

Crossrail Farringdon Station

CDUK provided CAD/BIM support to the lead BIM consultants producing coordinated services drawings in the Thameslink and West ticket halls.
