Site Surveying Services


From individual surveys to full project services coordination our extensive experience in both consultancy and contractor CAD draughting allows us to fully understand the requirements of the project. Our technicians have broad site based knowledge and can produce high quality fully coordinated drawings and BIM models from their own in depth surveys.

We utilise the latest laser measuring equipment and digital photography to produce a full log of the existing or recently installed services. We can then construct highly accurate plans, elevations, sections and details suitable for any record or future design purposes.

Along with the production of As Installed drawings CDUK can supply full operation and maintenance manuals for boiler houses, plantrooms, chiller enclosures, HVAC, public health and electrical services systems.
